About the Role
As a Product Manager at Notable, you’ll go deep with customers to make sure we deliver what matters most. You will drive the growth and success of external builders (partners, customers, third-party developers) creating flows and automations on the Notable platform. You’ll understand their incentives, struggles and motivations to identify the right automations and AI models to use in order to truly change how healthcare is delivered in this country. Notable is the leading healthcare AI platform for transforming workforce productivity. Health systems, hospitals, and payers use Notable to improve healthcare quality, close gaps in patient care, drive member enrollment, and patient acquisition, retention, and reimbursement, scaling growth without hiring more staff. We are on a mission to improve the lives of patients, staff, and clinicians - to improve healthcare for humanity. Our aim to impact 100 million patients isn't just a number; it's a commitment to creating meaningful change on a massive scale. Our culture is purposeful in pursuit of this mission, giving each person the opportunity to do the best work of their lives, work with the best teammates, and have fun achieving great things together.
Responsibilities
- Platform Growth Expert: Own the metrics that matter: external builder activation, time-to-first-flow, flow completion rates, and builder retention. Understand that platform success is measured by ecosystem health, not just internal product metrics.
- Developer Experience Visionary: Design onboarding experiences, documentation, tooling, and support systems that turn healthcare domain experts into successful automation builders - even if they're not traditional developers.
- Community-Driven Product Leader: Build feedback loops, create champion programs, and design experiences that turn successful builders into advocates who attract more builders to the platform.
Requirements
- Senior product management experience (5-7+ years) with demonstrated impact on user adoption and activation metrics.
- Platform or ecosystem experience - worked on products where third-party success directly drives business outcomes.
- High activation energy product experience - successfully reduced friction in complex, multi-step user journeys where the initial learning curve is steep.
- UX-first mindset with experience designing for non-technical users who need to accomplish technical tasks.
- Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing funnel metrics, particularly around user onboarding and activation.
- Cross-functional leadership experience working with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
Qualifications
- Automation platform experience at companies like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, or similar workflow automation companies.
- Developer tools or API platform experience with measurable improvements in developer adoption and success rates.
- Technical partnership or developer relations experience including SDK design, API documentation, or partner enablement programs.
- Community building experience - built and scaled user communities, forums, or champion programs.
- Low-code/no-code platform experience enabling non-technical users to build technical solutions.
- B2B marketplace or ecosystem experience where managed multi-sided platform dynamics.
