HiredinAI is committed to providing a high-quality job board for AI, Machine Learning, and NLP professionals. All job postings must adhere to the following guidelines:

All job postings must be for legitimate, existing positions
Job titles must accurately reflect the role and responsibilities
Salary information, when provided, must be accurate and transparent
Company information must be truthful and verifiable
Remote work policies must be clearly stated

Content Requirements

Job Title

Must be a clear, professional title without excessive capitalization, special characters, or misleading keywords.

Job Description

Should include:

Role overview and key responsibilities
Required qualifications and skills
Benefits and compensation details
Company culture and values
Application process and timeline

Location

Must accurately specify whether the role is on-site, remote, or hybrid, including any geographic requirements.

Prohibited Content

The following types of postings are not allowed:

Positions requiring upfront payment or fees from applicants
Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme opportunities
Unpaid positions (unless explicitly for non-profits or internships with educational value)
Discriminatory content based on race, gender, age, religion, or other protected characteristics
Misleading salary claims or job responsibilities
Duplicate postings for the same position
Positions that violate local, state, or federal laws

AI-Specific Requirements

Given our focus on AI and ML roles, we have additional requirements:

Technical requirements should be specific and realistic
Years of experience requirements should account for the relatively new nature of many AI technologies
Required frameworks, tools, and languages should be clearly listed
Research vs. production roles should be clearly distinguished
