For Employers:

• You agree not to collect fees from job applicants for job opportunities
• You must have the authority to post jobs on behalf of the hiring organization

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or modify any job posting without notice
• Refuse to publish any job posting at our discretion
• Edit job postings for clarity, format, or compliance

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
