About the Role
- Jasper is the marketing agents platform, built to help enterprises orchestrate AI agents that execute marketing work at scale. Purpose-built for marketing teams, Jasper enables faster, more consistent execution across campaigns, personalization, localization, and compliance—while maintaining enterprise-grade control and governance.
- Jasper is trusted by hundreds of enterprises worldwide, including Prudential, Cushman & Wakefield, and nearly 20% of the Fortune 500. Founded in 2021, Jasper has team members across the U.S., Australia, and France.
- As a Strategic AI Outcomes Manager, you'll partner with Jasper's largest enterprise customers to ensure they achieve measurable business outcomes with generative AI. You'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor, helping executive stakeholders define AI transformation strategies, identify high-value use cases, drive organizational adoption, and realize business value across marketing and other enterprise functions.
- This is not a commercial account management role. You will not own renewals, pricing, or contract negotiations. Instead, your success is measured by customer outcomes, executive relationships, AI maturity, and long-term strategic value creation. You'll operate alongside Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Education to help some of the world's most recognizable brands operationalize AI at scale.
- This fully remote role reports to the Director, AI Outcomes and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Responsibilities
- Executive Strategic Partnership
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior marketing, operations, digital transformation, and executive (VP/C-level) leaders across your portfolio.
- Facilitate strategic conversations that connect Jasper's capabilities to each customer's business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Help customers develop and evolve their enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
- Lead Executive conversations focused on outcomes, value realization, adoption trends, and future opportunities, driving with business-outcome framing rather than product metrics.
- AI Outcomes & Value Realization
- Partner with customers to define measurable success metrics tied to business outcomes, and build multi-quarter success plans with outcome milestones, an executive sponsor, and a risk-mitigation plan.
- Identify, prioritize, and expand high-impact AI use cases across business units.
- Track progress toward agreed-upon outcomes and proactively remove barriers to success.
- Enterprise Adoption
- Drive adoption beyond initial deployment by identifying new teams, workflows, and business processes that can benefit from Jasper.
- Partner with customer champions to build internal momentum and lead organizational change.
- Recommend governance, enablement, and operating models that support sustainable, enterprise-wide AI adoption, helping customers mature from experimentation to scaled AI programs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Orchestrate internal teams—Solutions Architects, Product, Marketing, and Customer Education—to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with Product to advocate for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities, synthesizing patterns across your book of accounts into actionable product insight.
- Work alongside Account Executives to surface strategic growth opportunities, while the commercial team owns pricing, renewals, and contracting.
- Manage complex, executive-level escalations while preserving the relationship and driving to a concrete resolution.
- Customer Advocacy
- Surface customer success stories and best practices, and identify opportunities for customers to participate in speaking engagements, advisory councils, reference programs, and case studies.
- Bring insights from enterprise customers back into Jasper to improve products and customer programs.

- Strong business acumen—able to connect technology investments to measurable outcomes and speak the language of the customer's business
