About the Role
- Our mission at Cohere is to scale intelligence to serve humanity by training and deploying frontier models for developers and enterprises. These models are essential for building AI systems that power transformative experiences such as content generation, semantic search, RAG, and intelligent agents. We believe our work is critical for the widespread adoption of AI.
- We are deeply committed to the quality of our creations, with every team member responsible for advancing our models' capabilities and the value they provide to our customers. We are a fast-paced environment, driven to deliver the best for our customers.
- Cohere is a diverse team of researchers, engineers, designers, and other specialists, each highly skilled in their respective fields. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment, recognizing that diverse perspectives are fundamental to building exceptional products.
- Join us on our mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is a cornerstone of this process.
