About the Role
NVIDIA is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Deep Learning Infrastructure team. In this role, you will contribute to building and optimizing the foundational software that enables researchers and developers to efficiently train, deploy, and scale deep learning models using NVIDIA's cutting-edge GPUs. You will work on various aspects of our AI infrastructure, which may include developing components for distributed training systems, optimizing data loading pipelines, enhancing performance analysis tools, or integrating with cloud platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your software engineering skills to challenging problems in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize software components for deep learning infrastructure
- Implement solutions for distributed training and data processing
- Contribute to performance analysis and debugging of AI workloads
- Collaborate with deep learning researchers and framework developers
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions for scalable AI systems
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++ programming
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and machine learning concepts
- Experience with Linux development environment
Qualifications
- Knowledge of GPU programming (CUDA)
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms for high-performance computing
- Contributions to open-source deep learning projects
