About the Role
Jasper is the leading AI marketing platform, enabling the world's most innovative companies to reimagine their end-to-end marketing workflows and drive higher ROI through increased brand consistency, efficiency, and personalization at scale. Jasper has been recognized as "one of the Top 15 Most Innovative AI Companies of 2024" by Fast Company and is trusted by nearly 20% of the Fortune 500 – including Prudential, Ulta Beauty, and Wayfair. Founded in 2021, Jasper is a remote-first organization with team members across the US, France, and Australia. As a Lead Designer, Web (Digital Experience) at Jasper, you will own the end-to-end digital experience of Jasper. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and product. You will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving Jasper’s website as a core business driver. You will operate in a build–test–learn environment, using AI-native workflows to move fast, iterate often, and deliver measurable impact. This is not a traditional design role. You are responsible for both execution and performance. This fully remote role reports to the Creative Director and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Responsibilities
- Website ownership: Own the design, structure, and evolution of Jasper. Ensure a high-quality, cohesive digital experience across all pages while aligning with brand and business goals.
- Build–test–learn systems: Establish and operate a continuous experimentation model. Proactively identify opportunities, ship improvements quickly, and iterate based on performance signals.
- AI-native execution: Use AI tools deeply (including AI-assisted coding and automation workflows) to accelerate production. Build directly when possible and reduce reliance on engineering.
- Performance-driven design: Partner with marketing to support growth initiatives. Read and interpret key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and drop-off, and translate insights into clear design improvements.
- System design & scalability: Build scalable systems including reusable components, templates, and UI/UX libraries. Enable self-serve workflows for marketing teams while maintaining brand quality.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product marketing, and product design to align website experience with broader company strategy.
