About the Role
As the Vice President of Internal Audit at Cloudflare, you will lead the internal audit function, providing independent and objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve Cloudflare's operations. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive audit plan, assessing risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and control processes across the organization. You will oversee audits of financial, operational, and IT systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Working with senior leadership, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and support Cloudflare's growth while upholding the highest standards of integrity in its mission to build a better Internet.
