Cloud ML DevRel Engineer - US remote

About the Role

Hugging Face is on a mission to democratize good machine learning, building a rapidly growing platform for AI builders. As a Cloud ML DevRel Engineer, you will play a crucial role in expanding the reach and adoption of Hugging Face's machine learning tools and platform within cloud ecosystems. This involves engaging with the developer community, creating compelling content, and providing technical guidance to empower users to integrate AI seamlessly into their cloud-based workflows. You will act as a bridge between the company and cloud ML practitioners, gathering feedback to drive product improvements and fostering a vibrant community around cloud-native machine learning solutions. This role is vital for making complex AI technology accessible and impactful for developers leveraging cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for Hugging Face ML tools and platform within cloud ecosystems
• Engage with cloud ML developers and practitioners
• Create technical content such as blogs, tutorials, and documentation
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and demos at conferences and meetups
• Gather feedback from the community to inform product development
• Contribute to open-source projects related to cloud machine learning
• Provide technical guidance and support to users on cloud ML implementations

Requirements

• Experience in Machine Learning, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and Developer Relations
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem and open-source ML libraries
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts

Qualifications

• Passion for open-source AI and making complex technology accessible
• Proven track record of community engagement and advocacy in a technical field
• Experience with MLOps practices in cloud environments
