About the Role
NVIDIA is looking for a Senior ASIC Design Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-performance Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs) for our next-generation products. In this role, you will be responsible for the micro-architecture, RTL design, and integration of complex digital blocks and subsystems. You will work closely with architects, verification engineers, and physical design teams to ensure that our ASICs meet aggressive performance, power, and area targets. Your responsibilities will include defining design specifications, writing clean and synthesizable RTL, performing static timing analysis, and assisting with post-silicon bring-up and debug. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge silicon technology that powers a wide range of applications, from AI and machine learning to high-performance computing and gaming. Join us and help shape the future of computing!
Responsibilities
- Develop micro-architectures for digital blocks and subsystems
- Perform RTL design and implementation using Verilog/SystemVerilog
- Integrate IP blocks into larger SoC designs
- Work with verification team to ensure functional correctness
- Collaborate with physical design for timing closure and layout optimization
- Support post-silicon bring-up and debug
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in ASIC digital design
- Expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL design
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and clock domain crossing (CDC)
- Experience with synthesis and static timing analysis (STA)
