About the Role
NVIDIA is looking for a Senior DFT Engineer to join our world-class silicon development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and verification of Design for Testability (DFT) structures for complex NVIDIA GPUs and SoCs. You will work closely with design, architecture, and test teams to define DFT requirements, develop innovative DFT solutions, and ensure high test coverage and efficient manufacturing test. Your responsibilities will include implementing scan, MBIST, JTAG, and other DFT features, as well as performing extensive DFT verification and pattern generation. Responsibilities
- Define and implement DFT architectures for complex SoCs and GPUs
- Integrate scan, MBIST, JTAG, and other DFT features
- Develop and execute DFT verification plans
- Generate and debug manufacturing test patterns
- Collaborate with test and product engineering teams
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in DFT design and verification
- Expertise in scan, MBIST, and JTAG methodologies
- Proficiency with industry-standard DFT tools
- Strong knowledge of digital design and VLSI concepts
Qualifications
- Experience with advanced DFT techniques (e.g., compressed scan, logic BIST)
- Familiarity with ATPG and fault simulation
- Knowledge of post-silicon debug and characterization
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Tcl, Python)
