Responsibilities
- Own GTM talent pipeline: Lead full-cycle recruiting for Hebbia’s commercial organization, including Sales, Sales Ops, Solutions, and Customer Success.
- Hunt for elite GTM talent: Go far beyond inbound. Proactively source and engage top-tier GTM operators through targeted outreach, creative search strategies, and deep network leverage.
- Be the face of Hebbia in the market: Serve as the first touchpoint for GTM candidates. Clearly articulate Hebbia’s ambition, product differentiation, and growth trajectory ensuring every candidate is left with a compelling understanding of the opportunity.
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience: Ensure every candidate interaction is thoughtful, transparent, and high-integrity.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments
- Proven success and passion for building exceptional teams, not just filling seats
- Experience in recruiting for GTM groups with flexibility to take on and quickly calibrate on new searches
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- An effective communicator and ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and candidates
- Confident in ability to navigate ambiguity and a fast paced environment
