About the Role
Cohere is hiring an HR Business Partner in London to scale through growth, partnering with the Modelling organization (Research and Engineering). This role helps leaders build high-performing teams, gaining exposure to organizational challenges in a leading AI company. It's not a traditional "policy and process" role; HRBPs are trusted partners shaping team scaling, manager growth, and organizational performance. Contributions span organizational design, leadership effectiveness, performance, talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational health in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves building, partners with technical leaders, and thrives in ambiguity.

Requirements
- Has several years of HRBP or People Partner experience in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience partnering with Engineering, Research, or other highly technical organizations
- Has experience in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth companies
- Has supported globally distributed organizations
- Is an exceptional written communicator who thrives in async environments
- Is excited to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership over time
