Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles, including building robust talent pipelines, conducting screens, driving structured interviews and decision-making, advising on compensation, and closing exceptional candidates.
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to leaders across Engineering (Safety, Product & Technical Foundations), Research Engineering, Product, and G&A.
- Continuously improve and scale recruiting processes, designing structured, high-signal interview frameworks that balance candidate experience with interviewer efficiency.
- Equip hiring teams with the tools, training, and best practices needed to attract and assess world-class talent.
- Maintain rigorous data hygiene in Ashby and provide clear, actionable reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly develop fluency in complex technical domains and engage credibly with senior technical candidates.
- Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing hiring decisions and closing high-impact candidates.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while knowing when to collaborate or escalate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal judgment, and the ability to give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
