About the Role

This role seeks a Lead Integrated Campaigns Manager for DeepL API, one of the company's key products. The position is at the intersection of product marketing, demand generation, and brand storytelling, requiring strategic, creative, and cross-functional collaboration to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth. You will be responsible for how the developer ecosystem understands and adopts DeepL API for secure, natural, real-time multilingual communication. Responsibilities
- Lead integrated campaign strategy and execution for DeepL API across digital, content, events, and partner channels, owning planning, budgeting, timelines, and cross-functional coordination from concept to launch.
- Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, outcome-driven narratives that educate highly technical audience on the value of API powered translation for global business communication.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDR teams to develop go-to-market programs, enablement materials, and lead-generation sequences aligned with product roadmap and regional priorities.
- Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to produce and localize campaign assets.
- Drive measurable impact on awareness, adoption, and pipeline, setting and tracking KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI, and applying data-driven optimization and A/B testing.
- Maintain a global campaign calendar and asset library, ensuring brand consistency, message alignment, and timely deployment across all touchpoints.
- Leverage insights and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy, refine positioning, and identify new opportunities in emerging AI communication markets.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and campaign excellence, sharing learnings, best practices, and post-mortem analyses to continually improve performance and scalability.
Requirements
- We are looking for candidates with experience working for highly technical products, (DevTools, Infra, InfoSec and API). In this role, you will need to speak the language of developers.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, product marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through integrated campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in campaign analytics and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Understand the world of API, DevRel.
- Marketing Automation: HubSpot.
- CRM: Salesforce (or equivalent).
- Project Management: Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
- Content Management: Contentful or comparable CMS/DAM platforms.
Qualifications
AI literacy, including familiarity with GenAI tools for campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
