Reporting directly to the GM of DaaS, this role is responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that ensure the DaaS business runs on time, operates with rigor, scales effectively and hits its goals. You will act as a thought partner to and extension of the GM, owning core operating rhythms (e.g., WBRs), holding the pen or input to DaaS, GTM, and functional teams’ strategies, and stepping in as GM for some of Snorkel’s most important bets. This role will also temporarily own functions or problem spaces as the organization scales, helping to define structure, build clarity, and transition ownership as dedicated teams are stood up.
