About the Role
NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, specifically within the manufacturing and supply chain processes leveraging SAP. You will gather requirements, analyze existing processes, design and configure SAP solutions, and support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of SAP SCM and Manufacturing functionalities. This position is crucial for optimizing NVIDIA's operational efficiency and ensuring that our SAP systems effectively support our global manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT development teams, and external partners to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business users to gather and document functional requirements for SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization using SAP capabilities.
- Design, configure, and test SAP solutions in MM, PP, SD, QM modules, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain integration.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
- Provide support for SAP users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Lead or participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
- Create and deliver user training and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as an SAP Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Manufacturing (PP) and Supply Chain (MM, SD, WM) modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration points with other modules and external systems.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- SAP certification in relevant modules.
- Experience with S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Experience in a high-tech or semiconductor industry.
