- Glean is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Analyst to help scale the operational backbone of our partner business. This role supports partner managers with the systems, insights, and operational support needed to reduce friction in the partner sales process and improve visibility across partner motions. You will own day-to-day partner systems support, help operationalize partner deal workflows, and improve reporting, data quality, and execution across the partner organization. This is a crucial role for scaling Glean's partner ecosystem and ensuring seamless operations, particularly within the sales process and data management.
Responsibilities
- Support and improve partner systems, including Salesforce, partner workflows, and related operational processes.
- Help run partner deal workflows, including quoting, approvals, order flow, and marketplace or co-sell transactions.
- Build and maintain partner reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and ad hoc analysis to improve pipeline visibility and decision-making.
- Support partner intake and deal registration processes while working cross-functionally with Partner Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and Systems.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Business Systems, or a similar GTM operations role.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, plus familiarity with Revenue Cloud / CPQ and partner transaction workflows.
- Experience with partner-facing systems or PRM tools, along with strong reporting and dashboarding skills.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across globally distributed teams.
Qualifications
Comfort using modern AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus; experience with cloud marketplace motions, partner attribution, or Salesforce administration is preferred.
