In this role, you will help create operational clarity and scalability for the Professional Services organization by: Improving visibility into services performance, Ensuring the PSA system is well-governed and reliable, Enabling leadership with actionable data, Supporting a scalable services delivery model.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform.
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, data quality, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Drive adoption and ensure the PSA supports scalable services delivery.
  • Design and optimize operational processes across project creation, resourcing, delivery tracking, and project closure.
  • Support the development and operationalization of the services delivery strategy.
  • Partner with Services leadership to support resource planning, utilization tracking, and capacity management.
  • Provide visibility into delivery performance and staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for key services metrics such as utilization, delivery timelines, project health, and services revenue.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support operational decisions.
  • Partner with Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations to improve post-sales workflows and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Professional Services Operations within SaaS/technology companies.
  • Experience with PSA tools, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional communication.
  • Experience supporting global teams in fast-paced environments with strong English proficiency.
