About the Role
- Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technology organization? Are you excited to lead and empower a team of Project Managers to help enterprises build next-generation digital infrastructures powered by cloud and accelerated computing? - As a critical member of the NVIDIA Professional Services organization, you will serve as a Senior PM Manager (People Manager), overseeing a team of Project Managers (PMs) and leading end-to-end people management, team organization, and project delivery governance for enterprise data center environments—with a specific focus on supporting top CSP and AI platform accounts. You will own the team’s performance, talent development, and operational efficiency, while aligning the team’s goals with NVIDIA’s strategic objectives, ensuring seamless delivery of complex customer projects, and upholding strict compliance standards.

- Oversee full people management lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention—fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture that drives engagement and minimizes burnout.
- Drive execution excellence across the team: set clear performance metrics, track project delivery progress for CSP/CRISP accounts, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex data center infrastructure projects.
- Establish and refine team workflows, best practices, and governance processes to optimize operational efficiency, ensure consistent project quality, and align with NVIDIA’s compliance standards (data security, documentation, audit requirements).
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders (leadership, engineering, sales, partner teams) and key executives/technical stakeholders at top CSP and AI Platform Customers accounts, aligning on project priorities and addressing strategic needs.
- Serve as the key escalation point for complex project issues within the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, support, sales) to drive timely resolutions and maintain high customer satisfaction for enterprise clients.
- Manage team resource allocation, balancing workloads across global projects (and time zones) to maximize productivity, especially for high-priority CSP and CRISP account deliverables.
- Communicate team performance, project status, and strategic updates to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner—highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for team improvement.
- Ensure the team adheres to NVIDIA’s policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements (including those specific to CSP/CRISP accounts), with a strong focus on compliance and quality control.
