About the Role
As an Account Manager for PeakAI in Sydney, you will play a crucial role in expanding UiPath's market presence by focusing on our innovative AI-powered automation product suite. PeakAI represents the cutting edge of enterprise AI, enabling new levels of efficiency, intelligence, and business transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within your assigned territory, driving the adoption and expansion of PeakAI solutions. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This role requires building strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and automation strategies, and effectively articulating PeakAI's value proposition. You will lead complex sales cycles, collaborate with Solution Engineers and Product teams, and stay current with industry trends to position UiPath as a market leader in AI and automation. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts within the assigned territory, focusing on driving adoption and expansion of UiPath’s PeakAI product suite.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts, building a robust sales pipeline for AI-powered automation solutions.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and automation strategies.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of PeakAI, demonstrating how it addresses specific business challenges, delivers measurable ROI, and supports digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead complex sales cycles, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Product teams to tailor solutions, ensure successful deployments, and provide exceptional customer experience.
- Stay current with industry trends in AI, automation, and competitive landscape, positioning UiPath and PeakAI as a market leader.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
- Represent UiPath at industry events and conferences to promote PeakAI and generate leads.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience, with a significant portion focused on AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or complex SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic account planning and execution capabilities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel as required.
