About the Role
Metropolis is creating the "Recognition Economy" through AI and computer vision to enable frictionless, checkout-free experiences in the real world. The company is transforming parking into a seamless "drive-in, drive-out" experience and expanding its intelligence layer into retail and hospitality. The Deal Desk Analyst will join the Revenue Operations team and be responsible for the end-to-end integrity of the underwriting process. This role serves as the primary point of contact for underwriting deals, ensuring accuracy, profitability, and alignment with long-term growth. This highly analytical problem-solver will optimize complex workflows, stress-test financial models, and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Sales reps to handle "desk-heavy" tasks, including updating proformas and resubmitting deals for approval
- Manage the underwriting lifecycle using internal automation tools to accelerate approval times without sacrificing accuracy
- Rigorously review sales proformas to ensure maximum profitability, operational efficiency, and data integrity
- Collaborate directly with sales and operations leaders to inform best practices for underwriting and managing assets
- Analyze and stress test potential macro and micro impacts to asset performance
- Maintain meticulous records within Salesforce to ensure the team has access to "source of truth" business metrics
- Contribute to improvements in deal desk processes, documentation, and playbooks
- Use GTM insights to inform cross functional collaboration to inform strategic decision making throughout the organization
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation to support the company’s growth and competitiveness
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Support, or Sales Operations role
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and Salesforce
- Seasoned professional with a strong background in revenue operations and analytics
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to audit financial proformas, identify data inconsistencies, and implement necessary corrections
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes
- Service-oriented mindset, taking pride in the success of others and treating internal sales teams as key stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

The anticipated base salary for this position is $85,000.00 USD to $95,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
