About the Role
As a Senior Strategic Customer Engineer at Cloudflare in Charlotte, NC, you will be a key technical resource, supporting our sales teams in engaging with named enterprise customers. This role involves providing in-depth technical expertise to prospective and existing clients, helping them understand and implement Cloudflare's robust suite of internet security, performance, and reliability solutions. You will conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts, acting as a trusted advisor to solve complex customer challenges. Working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will ensure customer success and contribute to Cloudflare's mission of building a better Internet by enabling businesses to thrive in a secure and fast online environment.
